I acknowledge and understand that Renewable Resources, LLC is not liable or responsible for any personal containers that are damaged or thrown away if they are placed out for pick up.

Discounts Available: Each Residence is eligible for only one discount

I am eligible for the 10% Senior Citizens discount (age 65 or older), and will provide a copy of a Driver's License or other proof of age.

I am eligible for the 10% Active / Veteran Military discount, and will provide a copy of my Military ID or other proof of Service.

I am eligible for the 10% Frist Responder discount, (EMS / Fire Fighter / Law Enforcement and or Volunteer) - either currently serving or a past member.

Community Give Back:

I would like to support the Boonville Band Sponsors Club Inc. By checking this box Renewable Resources will donate 10% of your service cost back to the Sponsors Club. (This does NOT add any additional cost to the customer by participating in this program.)

I would like to support the Castle Knights High School Band. By checking this box Renewable Resources will donate 10% of your service cost back to the Castle High School Band. (This does NOT add any additional cost to the customer by participating in this program.)
